| Chris joined MedUnity in 2009 after over 25 years of business experience within the financial services industry. He brings leadership skills and deep experience in business strategy, product development, project management and IT business process consulting. Chris also played in integral role in two separate start-up companies in the financial services and health care industries. Chris holds a BS from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Babson’s Olin Graduate School of Business. |

| Joshua Brimdyr - CTO/Founder |
| Joshua Brimdyr founded MedUnity in 2004. Josh has over 22 years developing, integrating, and supporting various systems as part of the technology, financial, telecom, and health care industries. Josh built MedUnity's first product which was a bi-directional electronic referral management system. Taking the base of the referral system he then designed and delivered the First National Health Information Network for Medical Record Exchange in 2005. Josh also has over 8 years of experience implementing, integrating and supporting EMR's. Josh holds a BS in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. |

| Karen Chelotti - Director of Sales and Marketing |
| Karen has 30 years of software sales and consulting experience with health information technology. She worked for MediTech and for several MediTech related "add-on" software companies. She enjoyed opening several new national markets for those companies. |

| David Wallace - Support Director |
| David has worked in the telecom industry providing customer support and project management. David past work included working as a circuit engineer for Instinet, the country’s largest private network, building the network infrastructure for the financial services division of Reuters. David recently worked for Health Care Technology Services of Cape Cod co-ordinating care and support for large primary care and specialists on Cape Cod. He received a BFA from Boston University in 1984 which led to a diverse set of experiences in project management and client relations. |
